I am looking for a recipe I found last year and used for a crowd of people over 100. It used a variety of roasted vegetables including zucchini, summer squash, onions, peppers, tomatoes, etc, and penne pasta with mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese, and store bought marinara sauce. I can no longer find this recipe. Can anyone please help me? |
