potatoe salad for 350 people, how much potatoes

09/03/17 		would baked potatoes or potato salad which would work the best for 350 people outdoors. How potatos would i have to cook for salad?

09/03/17 		Potato salad is a simpler offering. If i is the only starchy salad, allow 40 pounds per 100 plus add-ins.
