I am doing a luncheon for 250 people with a mix of men and women.
Menu
Chicken Teriyaki Thighs bone-in
Rice Pilaf
Green Beans with mushroom sauce
Toss green salad
Rolls
Can you tell me how much I need of each. Thank you so much

All these items, including the chicken quarters, are actually on the plan for 100 page, you would do 2 1/2 times the amount for 100. Don't forget butter for the rolls, about 7 pounds for 250.

You can post your estimates and I will check them, if you like.
