We are planning a Sauerkraut and Brats dinner for church I am wondering how much Sauerkraut to buy for 300. We are making mashed potatoes brats Kraut and asking the congregstion from several church to bring Veg ,side dishes salad then they have a dessert Sunday bar planned |

Sauerkraut & Brats dinner for 300 Because not everyone eats sauerkraut, 1/4 cup per person is the usual estimate. That means a #10 can (3 quarts or so) serves about 45. |
