Planning a BBQ wedding reception for our daughter. The grooms father is providing the meat: Butter, Alfredo, & BBQ chicken along with pulled pork and ribs. Our family is providing sides, breads, drinks, and cupcakes. I am buying prepared potato salad and mac salad, cans of baked beans to be warmed, and will have friend and family helpers mix shredded cabbage with prepared dressing for slaw. The venue is a church with a large industrial kitchen. Can you please tell me if my figures are close or do I need to cut back on any amounts? We would rather have too much food, but don't want to be waaaaayyy over either. I am listing in lbs and oz as it's easier since I'm purchasing prepared foods. :)
Potato Salad - 50 lbs (10 5# containers from Sams) Thank you! |

Forgot to add that the wedding is at 4:30 PM with the reception to follow at the same location after pictures are taken. |

Was also wondering if I should add rolls to the breads, in case people don't want a slider or cornbread. |

You are doing a good job.
Potato Salad - 50 lbs (10 5# containers from Sams-OK Do please add 1 crock pot of vegetarian sausages such as field roast, for the non-meat eaters Because of peanut allergies, please consider doing non-peanut nut mix instead of peanuts- usually 5-6 pounds per 100 About 20 pounds of veggies and 2 gallons Ranch dip You could cut back the popcorn abut 1/3. If this saves you time, trouble or money, please make a donation to support the site. hanks. |

Thank you so much. I will make a donation. Do you feel I should add another type of roll other than sliders and cornbread? |
