10/27/17 		This sounds like an Indian or Trindadian menu. Next time you post, give the full menu, as it changes amounts; for example, are the potatoes cooked with the chicken or separately?

chicken, approx kilo per 10, or 1 pound per 4
potatoes, kilo per 10, or 1 pound per 4
channa (chickpeas), 4 cups cooked serves about 8 servings, 1 pound dry serves about 12
pumpkin, approx kilo per 8 if curried, or 1 pound per 3
bodi (long green beans), about 25 pounds per 100
