Stuffed Squash

10/19/17 		In November I will be preparing a meal for about 15 people. I was thinking of sausage/wild rice stuffed acorn squash. I have to cook at home and transport to a theater and keep warm for about an hour or so on a buffet. Would this dish do well in that setting?
