buffet set up

10/22/17 		any suggestions for a two line buffet set up where there will be just one carving table for each of the two lines to go through? thanks!!

10/27/17 		Yes, either put it at the end and have both sides feed in, or have a V shaped arrangement with the meats at the tip of the V, diners splittng to either side. Meat first, you use a bit more meat.
