The only big pot I have to cook enough turkey gravy for 25 people is a non-stick surface aluminum. Might I still have the "grey" gravy issue? |

As long as the inside surface is not aluminum, it cannot affect the gravy. Be patient and brown that flour nicely before adding any liquid. |
