I am planning an elegant banquet dinner for about 200 guests. I will be serving grilled chicken with baked potatoes. What is a good vegetable that will go with this for an elegant dinner? |

If this were my party I would serve 2 vegetables, such as asparagus or Prince Edward blend (yellow and green string beans with a few carrot strips) plus a grilled tomato; or roasted Mediterranean mix ; or Brussels Sprouts with Apple, Pistachios, and Creme Fraiche; or Harissa Green Beans With Spiced Chickpeas and Feta; or multicolored mini carrots with a maple or balsamic glaze; or grlled portabellas with something green. Just not broccoli!. |
