Holiday party for 70 adults and 30 children. Menu includes pulled pork and/or pulled chicken sliders and/or tacos. Guest have their choice. Then lots of finger food: mini meatballs, deviled eggs, bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers, potstickers, veggie slaw salad, quinoa sweet potatoe salad, chips salsa and guac, fresh fruit, veggies and dip.... Was gonna cook the meats in crockpot. Question...how much chicken to buy and how much pork...was gonna use pork butt shoulder and mixture of boneless thighs and breast. |

Thighs only entirely sufficient on the chicken. About 12 pounds each actual meat, which will run between 16-18 each bone in- you could also prep both meats ahead n the oven and serve/reheat in the crocks. |
