See the quantities for 100 tables and related tecipes in Big Pots, all these foods are covered. Where there is one item, make 1 1/4 the amount. Where there is an even split, make 3/4 of the amonut for each *for example, chicken and ham. There is a yeild table for chicken in the turkey cooking section at the top of Big Pots. If the ziti is hot, cosider the mostaciolli and sausage recipe on the lotsa pasta page, fine for 125. If a side dish, you can omit the sausage. I would not serve pasta salad, ziti and potatoes at the same meal. With the corn also a starchy vegetable, I would serve a non-starchy vegetable blend, broccoli, green beans or such instead of one of them, or else marinated cold veggies antipasto style with artichoke hearts, grape tomatoes, pitted black olives, etc. |
