Hi Ellen, Could you direct me to where on your site I can get instructions for cooking pork loin that can be sliced for serving as well as what you recommend for seasoning. Many Thanks~

A pork loin cooks like a boneless beef roast. Thermometer very useful here- aim for 155, it will go to 160 while standing. Let stand at least 10 minutes, 15 better, before slicing.

you can rub it all over with choice of seasonings- garlic if you like, then go sweet with cinnamon (wh or without sugar), ginger cardamon etc, or Italian with mixed herbs, oregano, etc, or provncial wih rosemary, thyme, etc.
