I am cooking 4 roasts at the same time, do I calculate the cooking time bases on total weight, 20 lbs, or based on highest weight of only one roast 5 lbs? This is a big difference in cooking time and I need to know when to start the cooking in order to serve the guests at a certain time. Please help. |

One roast time! Use a meat thermometer. Actually weigh them, time by the smallest, pull it, put the thermometer in the next smallest, pull it, etc. Respect the standing times- don't slice before letting stand.
