Making Pork Tenderlioin Salpicao for 50 people

02/12/18 		how many kg of pork do I need?

ive researched online there are recipes that require 1/2 kg pork tenderloin cut into large cubes (and da recipe says "2 servings")

there is also another one that requires 1lb of pork and the recipes states "3 servings"

if i follow the 3 servings recipe one, should i multiply it by 17 to atleast reach the 50 plus minimum requirement?

i neeed help on how much kg i need for the pork. to the people who are expertise on these. thank u in advance

02/12/18 		Lei, this tasty dish, a kilo raw serves 6 people. So, about 8 1/2 kilos and 18 heads of garlic.

02/12/18 		That assumes this is the only meat entree. If there is a second, a kilo of pork serves 8-9
