Fruit kebabs

02/19/18 		I am making fruit kebabs for a wedding reception and need to know how much fruit to buy I will probably do strawberries, kiwi, pineapple , watermelon , grapes.

02/20/18 		You want about 8 bites per person for an appetizer amount, the fruit tray page tells how to figure bites for each type fruit.

I STRONGLY suggest fruit trays instead, with just a few skewers for decoration, look nicer, hold better, much easier prep and the leftovers are more usable.
