I am making meatball subs for approximately 600 teenagers. Looking for suggestions as to how much sauce I will need. The buns I will be using hold 4 to 5 meatballs. Thank you. |

For a light saucing, such as sandwiches and cocktail meatballs, I use 3 quarts per 10 pounds. You have to plan a vegetarian sandwich too, consider falafel, as they can be made ahead. |
