Wedding reception for approximately 200. How many gallons of gumbo would be needed. The gumbo is one of many items on menu such as crab cakes, meatnalls, a hot chicken dip, mini croissants, vegetable/fruit trays etc. Thank you for your input . |

About 6 gallons, no counting the rice, which I am sure you know to offer separately from the soup. |
