I read your recipe for scrambled eggs for 100. I want to partially cook my eggs 2 days in advance and finish cooking in the roaster on the day of my event. Do you think that would work? |

So not safe!!! Partially cooking eggs is NEVER safe, and that recipe is hard enough to get perfect when cooked straight through day of. Quiches, frittatas, egg burritos or Impossible pies are all safely made ahead with strict care and are the options I would suggest here. You can write back for more options if you need to. |
