Please consider a baked pasta casserole rather than loose- it stays hotter and s MUCH easier to prep and serve. Look at the spaghetti page: www.ellenskitchen.com/bigpots/plan/sphagetti.html for a really good rotini casserole- you could do small meatballs layered instead of sausage.
