I need to make apple and cherry cobbler for 60 people friday and im not sure how much pie filling to buy. Can you please help? |

Yes. 6 to 8 9x13 pans- you know whether there will be other desserts (lesser), whether there will be ice cream (lesser), and whether there will be teens (larger).

I was gonna use the large disposable pans. Will those work very good? Didnt know if they will cook very good in the middle or not |

The standard large foil pan holds 2-9x13 size pan recipes- you don't want to make cobbler too deep- and you MUST use a standard metal cookie sheet under each to prevent each from bending and spilling. Preheat the oven 20 minutes. |
