Hello Ellen ,I’m cooking for a birthday party for 200 people ,they want beef on a bun and hamburgers, how much boneless beef and hamburgers should I buy. They want home made burgers.They also want potatoe salad ,coleslaw and baked beans.Thanking you in advance |

Odd combo. You will allow about 80 pounds total beef, but I can't advise on the loose meat vs patty split. For the rest of your sides, see the BBQ side dishes on the plan for 100 page and do double.
