I'm having a birthday picnic party for about 25 people. I will be serving Mexican style fruit with lime & fruit chili for an appetizer. Lunch will be salmon sandwiches, hot wings, pasta salad, Caesar salad. Lemonade & ice tea. Cake & ice cream. What's the best way to keep ice cream firm for about 4 hours? Hard to find dry ice. Also is it ok to serve hot wings room temp or should I just have fried chicken, wanted to do something different than plain fried chicken. |

Consider doing legs rather that wings, 2 small per person, much less expensive, and can be done in a variety of oven methods from teriyaki to crunchy. Yes, OK to serve room temp. |
