35-40 pounds per 100, so you need 42 to 48 pounds. More if the rest of the dinner is light, less if heavy.

4 #10 cans provides 1 serving each for 100 people. I would get 5.

Need to know how many pounds of fresh green beans, how many resturant large type cans of corn and how many new potatoes, ham and rolls all to serve 40 people?
