Cooking for 50

04/22/06 		We are putting on a dinner for 50. We are going to have turkey, mash potatoes, corn, salad. How much of everything do I need.

04/22/06 		You have hit the jackppot. I posted everything I know about large turkey dinners on the Big Pots section at the top of the page, at Christmas. Buying, making, storing, for the meal, quantity shopping lists for turkey and all the sides. Take the amounts for 100 and make half, they are generous.
