Chicken/dausage gumbo for wedding reception Wedding reception for 175-200. Chicken/sausage gumbo with rice, jambalaya, meatballs, hot sausage/crawfish dip, mini croissant sandwiches. Fruot, vegetable trsys, cubed cheese selection. How many gallons of gumbo would be needed? Not using large bowls. Thanks for your input. |

Hi Rita 11 gallons for 200 for 1 cup servings. Critical you add a dish that can serve as a meatless entree- with 200 people you will have some people who won't eat sausage or meatballs. |
