I'm having a salad bar buffet for 20 people. I would like the topping in the same containers so the bar will look nice, what inexpensive containers can you suggest without breaking the bank? I have 18 toppings. I will be putting the romaine & Iceberg lettuce in full size chafing pans with ice water underneath instead of the heat source. Thanks in advance. |
