potato salad
macaroni salad
cole slaw

I will be serving fried chicken

08/09/18 		I usually figure this in gallons, here goes
potato salad- with pasta salad, 3 gallons, about 30 pounds potatoes from scratch
macaroni salad- about 2 1/2-3 gallons, 6 pounds dry pasta from scratch
cole slaw - 2 1/2 gallons
