Hi Ellen. I've been asked to cater a buffet for 40 people. They will be approximately 80 years old (class of 55). They have requested the following: Stuffed pork loin Italian baked chicken Salad Green beans with red pepper strips Parsley red potatoes Rolls/butter Strawberry trifles Unsweetened tea Lemonade Coffee Fruit/cheese tray Vegetable tray I really have no idea about quantities what with the small amount of people and that age group. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated |
