04/25/06 		I need to have a downdraft range in my kitchen island. Am considering a jennaire gas dual-fuel. TWO QUESTIONS: 1) Does the fan cause the flames to go out or heat unevenly?
2) Does the fan actually work to keep cooking smells out, even with hot cooking like WOK cooking?
