Not doing homework for you. Will tell you that in the real world, a kid breakfast would include no more than 4 ounces of bulk sausage or 3 ounces of links. A cook would eyeball this as 1 pound per 3 6 ounce servings if the pound is cooked weight or 1 pound per 2 6 ounce servings if it id raw bulk sausage to allow for shrinkage. |
