10/26/18 		1 pound fresh broccoli is 2 cups florets and edible stem, and heads vary from under a pound to almost 2 pounds. So weigh your broccoli, and you can calculate how many cups you will have. Your recipe will have add-ins, not solid broccoli, so you will NOT need 16 cups x 10 gallons= 80 pounds- most recipes, around 60.
