Broccoli is an obvious choice. What about something like broccoli florets plus grape or cherry tomatoes, sauteed- broccoli first, them tomatoes at the last minute?

Or broiled tomato halves; or broiled peach or pear halves.

Green Beans with Lemons and Capers

Roasted or steamed artichokes, or braised hearts

Garlicky kale or chard

Or of course a beautful green sald.
