Salad for 300

11/24/18 		I am making this salad for 200 people for a wedding we will be serving it .
Would you be able to give me amounts I would need?

16 ounce package of romaine lettuce ( I will be using spring mix because of the band on romaine lettuce )
16 ounce of Swiss cheese shredded
1 cup of roasted cashews
Half cup of dried cranberries
One apple Thinly sliced
One pearThinly sliced

Dressing
3/4 cup of sugar
1 a half teaspoon Onionsalt
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
1/3 cup of vinegar
one cup of oil
1 tablespoon of poppyseed

11/25/18 		Per 100, 12 times the salad recipe and 8-10 times the dressing. Not sure whether you need 200 or 300.

Spring mix is pretty soft, romaine is crunchy, consider using some chopped iceberg in he mix.
