Can you help me with quantities please? I am cooking for 150 people. I am making a Moroccan vegetable stew and need veg quantities in kilos: carrots, onions, potatoes, zuccini, yellow squash, butternut squash, bell peppers, tomatoes, (canned)chick peas. Served w/Brown rice Also a salad of red and green cabbage, english cucumbers, lettuces, and any other veggies to bulk it up. And another dinner for 30 people of grilled veggies. |

Lisa, I have been working on this several days and I just don't have all the info I need.what is the rest of the menu for this event and do you have a specific recipe you plan to use? Oven or stove top prep? Are you looking for a vegan recipe, or just vegetarian? Please write back. |
