12/10/18 		I am making a nice ham for Christmas dinner. I will have carrot salad and cranberry rolls. I'm tired of the same old sides. Meaning sweet potatoes and cornbread dressing. Could you give me some suggestions for a few sides? Thanks in Advance!

12/11/18 		OK. How about a beautiful corn casserole , creamy, Xmas colorful with diced red and green peppers? Add a dish of pearl onions au graitin. Then a colorful rice pilaf with wild rice or exotic black lotus rice, or a couscous or quinoa side dish. All easy, no last minute complications, you can invite me.
