Are red potatoes the best to use for roasting? Can I cook vegetables, a mix of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots in a black roaster? |

Yes on using the roaster for cooking vegetables. For the potatoes, it depends on the texture you want; the Russets/bakers have a creamier texture, the reds are firmer or more "waxy". Both are used. |
