I am having a birthday party for my father for his 70th birthday. We are making shredded chicken that you buy in the cans and sloppy Joe. I was looking for an opinion on how many pounds of each you would buy. We are expecting 100 people . Thanks, Heather |

Assuming it will all go on buns, 30 pounds of meats total will make plenty. How you split it depends partly on where you live- often beef is somewhat more popular than chicken. |
