wedding shower for 72 people

i am planning a wedding shower for 72 people. planning to have:
-large tray of curry chicken
-large tray of roast pork
-15 whole rotisserie chickens cut up
-40 pcs of fried chicken wings
-large tray of yellow rice
-large tray of red rice & beans
-2 large trays of mac& cheese

what do you think, is this enough? Thanks!

02/20/19 		10-12 chickens would be plenty, probably have leftovers.

would add both fruits/salads and vegetables. Take a look at he paln for 100 page, do 3/4 for 72.
