I'm helping with a birthday celebration for a 21 year old young man. Due to financial reasons, the family is only serving cake & ice cream. I offered to make the cake & bring ice cream. Do you think this is enough? Should I buy nuts or fruits for those that may not eat sweets? I'm going to also buy champagne for a toast.And sparkling cider for the youngsters. There will be 30 guests. |

Cake & Ice Cream Birthday A 2 layer 9x13 cake and 2 gallons of ice cream are fine. A bottle of sparkling wine pours 5 glasses. Freixenet Cordon Negro Brut Cava or another of the same brand is a lovely affordable sparkling wine. |
