I found a thread here a few months back. Can't remember how I got there lol. I was searching for how to bake chicken parts in a convection oven and found that and a seasoning mix recipe that I used and it was wonderful. I lost it and need again. |

Susan, was he spice mix in the site or on the thread? There are several mixes it could have been, anything you can tell me (red, green, TexMex, etc) would help. |
