We will be preparing meals for 100 in a very small kitchen without adequate appliances or electric service for one week. Is it safe to reheat fully cooked foods such as sliced ham or muffins that only need to be warmed on a steam table? |

Steam tables are NOT hot enough to safely reheat! Find out how many circuits are available; each circuit can support ONE large electric roaster. Your best bet is menu revision/control, and possible renting a generator for extra power. Are there outside grills?etc. I could help... |

We will be traveling (5 hours - another complication!) in two weeks to see the site. So far all information is second hand. I will get back to you after I have seen what equipment is available. Thanks for your help. |
