06/13/19 		have a light lunch for 225 people will have chicken tenders, hot dogs and beans, cole slaw and perhaps potato salad.
My main question is this HOW many chicken tenders and hot dogs do I need to buy?

06/13/19 		Definitely have the potato salad, or a pasta/macaroni salad (is easier to make). If this s all men or teens, consider adding another 10% to amounts.

hot dogs and beans, is this in a casserole or hot dogs separate?

cole slaw, 5 gallons
potato salad, 7-8 gallons
