Gina 07/29/19	My niece wants a Mexican fiesta for her birthday. I am helping my sister prepare it. Will you please check the amounts for nachos (tortilla chips) and soft tacos? Nacho tortilla chips 3 lbs. Soft taco shells 80 count Ground beef 13 lbs. Nacho cheese (to be used for both nachos and tacos) 2 # 10 cans Lettuce 64 ozs Tomatoes diced 3 lbs. Jalapenos 64 ozs Salsa 96 ozs. Sour cream 3 lbs. Cupcakes 36 cupcakes (6 inch cake for birthday girl) Sweet Tea 2 gallons Lemonade 1 gallon Water with sliced lime Thank you!

Nacho tortilla chips 3 lbs., go 4 have some i Soft taco shells 80 count Ground beef 13 lbs. ok Nacho cheese (to be used for both nachos and tacos) 2 # 10 cans suggest 1 can with smallish spoon plus 2 pounds shredded cheese Lettuce 64 ozs ok Tomatoes diced 3 lbs. go 4 Jalapenos 64 ozs ok Salsa 96 ozs. ok Might add a bottle or 2 of traditional taco sauce Sour cream 3 lbs. ok, none left Consider adding #10 can refried or borracho or black beans Cupcakes 36 cupcakes (6 inch cake for birthday girl) wouldn't hurt to have 4 dozen- you can always send some home with guests Sweet Tea 2 gallons ok Lemonade 1 gallon ok have a gallon of unsweet tea for any carb watchers Water with sliced lime about 30 pounds ice You might consider icing a watermelon and slicing- goes well with this menu and looks so pretty You did well!
