I have a recipe for corn chowder that serves 6. I need to serve 50. I am afraid of adding too much salt! The recipe calls for 2 T salt, 4 med. potatoes, 1 med. onion, 3 cups cream style corn, 2 cups half and half 2 cups water ( I will probably use whole milk) and 1/2 cup diced bacon to sauté onions and potatoes in. Help, please |

When you multiply, use only 1/2 the total of salt you get from multiplying, with the full amount of ingredients |
