How much kielbasa is needed for 200 adult guest

Of sweet & Sour kielbasa over white rice
For about 200 residents
How much. Kielbasa would i need? And.
Rice ?
The kielbasa is cut in to about 1" rounds
And simmered in sauce then poured. over the rice
On each plate
