Your site is the best !!! Looking for a side or 2 to serve with soup and bread bowls for the evening meal to 80 women. We will have the insides of the bread bowls for dipping. |

I would serve a serious fruit tray plus a very fine salad or cold veg (which would depend on the soup; for example, a marinated bean salad if it was not a bean-based soup, or antipasto veg with artichoke hearts and marinated mushrooms for a cream soup or bisque.) Plus a wonderful dessert, of course. Amounts are easily calculated from the plan for 100 tables; since it is all women, just over 3/4 of the amount for 100 would be about right. You can write back.
