Can you tell me what is the event (office, family, cocktail?), the age range of the guests and what else is being served?

I need to make 200 peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches for our soup kitchen that is not able to open for sit down meals. Do you know how much peanut butter and jelly I need to get.

Thank you,
Pam

Be generous with the peanut butter and consider putting 2 per serving.

Allow 10 tablespoons (scant 5 ounces) creamy peanut butter for each 4 sandwiches. 1/2 cup jam or jelly (no seeds- apricot or peach is much tastier than berry or grape) each 4 sandwiches. No crunchy or seeds because it gets caught in bad teeth or false teeth.

By the way, it works best to spread pb on one slice and jam on the other, don't try to spread jam on top of the pb.
