Thinking of doing mac and cheese for approximately 600 teens. How much cheese would i need? |

1/2 o 1 pound cheese per pound of pasta, and a pound of pasta (9x13 dish) only serves about 6 teens. So at least 50 pounds, up to 100 pounds cheese- and for most people, cheesier is better. |
