I'm bying 20 x 2lbs. bags of cole slaw mix at Sam's Club for 230 persons. How much Hellman's Coleslaw dressing (1 gallon jug) do I need to dress the slaw? Thanks :) |

About 1 cup per 2 pounds, a bit less if thin or more if thick, 1 gallon is 4 quarts or16 cups, so you want 5 quarts or over 1 gallon. Have some apple cider vinegar on hand to thin and tang it up. Consider buying a gallon plus a quart of mayo, and donating what you saved to support the site! |
